Staff competence is evaluated and monitored regularly. If additional skills are needed to meet our clients’ needs, we can provide specific training.

Nursing Assessment – Our nurse meets with you to define your special needs and establish your Care Plan. -
RN Supervision – The clients’ care and the employees’ performance are monitored regularly. -
Companions – Assistance with the tasks of daily living to provide help and peace of mind. -
Home Health Aides – Skills and personalities are carefully matched to meet our clients’ personal care needs. -
Certified Nursing Assistants – Care and support provided for those patients who are unable to care for themselves without assistance. -
Personal Care Services – Clients receiving PCS may receive varying levels of in-home aide service per day, depending upon their assessed needs
Private Duty Services
New Alternatives Home Health Services employs health care professionals from companions to registered nurses. These private pay services do not require a physician’s order to begin care.
